Our Carmel offering is built around telehealth. You meet your therapist by secure video from your home, your office, or anywhere else in Indiana that is private, which means no commute on Keystone Parkway and no time lost sitting in a lobby. That reach matters beyond Carmel itself. We see clients across the north Indianapolis metro, including Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, and Noblesville, because a video session works the same from any of them. We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship strain using cognitive behavioral therapy, and we review your progress with standardized measures every month.
Who do you help in Carmel?
MindView Therapy works with adults 18 and older in Carmel and across Hamilton County, including Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, and north Indianapolis.
People come to us for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship strain. Many are managing a demanding job, a young family, or both, and cannot lose ninety minutes to a drive and a waiting room. Some have never been in therapy. You do not need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of the problem to begin.
We also see couples. If you are not sure therapy is the right move, that is a reasonable thing to explore in a first session rather than settle alone.
What does therapy here involve?
Sessions are held by secure video, which means you can meet your therapist from anywhere in Indiana. Home, a private office, a parked car on a lunch break. You need a private space and a phone, tablet, or computer. Telehealth is not a lesser version of therapy. It is the same therapist, the same length of session, and the same weekly rhythm, without the commute. The most effective therapy is the therapy you actually attend.
Beyond that, therapy at MindView follows a clear structure, so you always know what is next.
Session one is an intake. Your therapist asks what brought you in and what you want to be different. Session two is a psychosocial assessment, a fuller picture of your history, health, relationships, and stressors. Session three is where you and your therapist build your treatment plan together, with goals written in your words.
From there, sessions are weekly. Once a month you complete standardized measures, such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and your therapist reviews the trend with you. If something is not working, the plan changes. Progress is measured, not assumed.
The work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. You leave sessions with something to practice, not just something to think about.
What insurance do you take in Carmel?
In Carmel we are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield).
In-network means you pay your plan’s copay or coinsurance rather than the full session fee. Some plans apply a deductible first. Plans differ, especially employer-sponsored ones, so we verify your benefits before your first session and tell you what you will owe. No surprise bill after the fact.
How do I get started?
Book a session online. It takes about two minutes and is mostly checkboxes. You do not need to explain your situation in a form.
We verify your insurance, confirm the cost, and get you on the schedule. If you would rather talk to a person first, call (646) 493-4007 or email info@mindviewtherapy.com. You can read about your therapist before you book.

What does therapy here actually look like?
The first three sessions follow a clear structure, so you always know what is coming next.
- Session 1: Intake
Your first session is an intake. Your therapist asks what brought you in and about your history, and you rate the intensity of what you are feeling from 0 to 10. That becomes your baseline. You set a recurring weekly time before you leave.
- Session 2: Psychosocial
Your therapist walks through your life across stages, looking for the patterns and strengths behind what brought you in. You can decline any question and keep any answer short.
- Session 3: Treatment plan
You and your therapist build the plan together. Goals are tied to what you came in for, each with concrete objectives, plus one personal goal that matters to you.
- Ongoing
Weekly sessions work the plan. Once a month you and your therapist review standardized measures together to see whether it is working, and the plan is adjusted from what they show.
Therapy here is measured, not guessed
Once a month you have a Psycho-Measurement-Based Care Review (PMBCR). You complete standardized measures, such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and your therapist reviews the trend with you. If something is not working, the plan changes. Regular therapy is the work. The review is the navigation system that keeps it pointed at the right target.
Sessions are weekly for the first two months to build a foundation, then frequency is reassessed with you. You set the pace, and you share only what you are comfortable sharing.
