How do I get started?

    Check your insurance

    Confirm your plan is in-network. Most major plans are accepted, and it takes about two minutes.

    Book online

    Pick a time in our secure client portal. It is a short form, mostly checkboxes, and takes about two minutes.

    Meet your therapist

    Your first session is an intake. Your therapist asks what brought you in, and you set a weekly time together.

Insurance questions

How do I know if MindView takes my insurance?

Find your plan in the list above. If it is there, we are in-network at the locations shown. If you are not sure which plan you have, the name is on the front of your member ID card. You can also call us at (646) 493-4007 and we will check for you.

What will therapy cost me?

With an in-network plan you pay your copay or coinsurance rather than the full session fee, and any unmet deductible may apply first. Costs vary by plan, so we verify your benefits and tell you what you will owe before your first session.

What if my insurance is not on the list?

Contact us anyway. Plans and networks change, and some plans use a network we participate in under a different name. We will check and tell you honestly rather than guess.

Do I need a referral to start therapy?

Most plans do not require a referral to see an in-network behavioral health provider. Some HMO plans do. We check this when we verify your benefits and tell you before it becomes a problem.

Is telehealth covered?

Most plans cover telehealth at the same benefit level as an in-office visit. We confirm this for your specific plan when we check your benefits.
